During this all-member meeting small breakout groups will brainstorm one of the six fundamentals of Aging Well: Be Social, Engage your Brain, Manage Stress, Ongoing Exercise, Restorative Sleep, Eat Right. Taken from AARP's six pillars of a healthy brain, these are the well known fundamentals of a health for both physical and mental aspects of everyone's life. The trick is setting & maintaining reasonable goals for oneself. How can we support each other, as members of The Village, to BE MORE and to stick with our goals? What types of programming should Village plan? Are there specific Educational Presentations you’d like to see Village offer? What are different ways we can teach each other, lovingly encourage each other, and support each other? Join us as we plan 2022.
