Join us on zoom to make Valentine’s cards for seniors in assisted and skilled nursing facilities. Residents have been especially lonely and isolated during the pandemic and a card can help brighten their day. Most people like to receive mail, and this is a way to help put a smile on their face! Dukh Niwaran has materials that you can pick up but you must let her know ahead of time. Contact info@villagesantacruz.org for her address. If you are unable to get to her house, delivery may be possible. Card can be dropped off Dukh Niwaran's home (Please drop off by Tues Feb 8) or at: FSA/I-You Venture, 104 Walnut Ave. #298, Santa Cruz, CA (M-TH 10-3) Santa Cruz Volunteer Center, Attn: FSA, 1740 17th Ave. in Live Oak. (M-Th, 10-12 and 1-3) Zizzo’s Coffeehouse, Attn: FSA, 3555 Clares St, Capitola (daily 7am – 1 pm) Please drop off by Wed, Feb 9.
