Preventing Holiday Scams for Seniors Presentation by SC County DA’s office. Hosted by Village Santa Cruz County and Empowered Aging, the seniors’ programs of the Volunteer Center. The talk will be tailored to the upcoming shopping, donation, and spending season. On Zoom. OPEN to the Public. An addition to this presentation: Laura Bowers, Chief Deputy from the Auditor-Controller's office and a CPA, will provide a short presentation on senior property tax savings. Note this in NOT on our regular Zoom link.
